It’s back to work for Riggs.
Kenosha County’s sheriff’s office yesterday said Riggs reported back for duty last week, it’s the first time he worked since he was wounded in a shootout with a suspect back in October. Riggs was shot in the head. He’s made a full recovery. Kenosha’s County Board awarded Riggs a recognition at last night’s meeting.
