One of the man accused in the murder of an Oneida County woman looks to be headed for trial.
A judge yesterday found 25-year-old Seth Wakefield from Rhinelander competent enough to face the charges against him. Prosecutors say Wakefield spied on Hannah Miller for her ex-boyfriend so he could kill her. Investigators say that ex, Christopher Anderson, planned to kill Miller and her parents, and kidnap the child he had with Miller.
She was found dead back in June. Wakefield is due back in court in two weeks.
