Altoona’s former superintendent will learn his fate later today.
Dan Peggs is due in federal court to be sentenced in his child pornography case. He pleaded guilty back in August. As part of that deal, prosecutors agreed to drop a slew of other sex charges against him. Peggs is facing a ten year prison sentence.
