Teachers in Oshkosh schools could be getting some mental health days next year.
The city’s school board will take-up the idea in February. The proposal would add two mental health days to allow teachers to ‘to decompress and recover from burnout.’ Right now the plan is to take those days from the district’s snow day reserve, and only offer them in the next school year.
