Fall Creek school leaders want the mask mandate lawsuit they’re facing to be dismissed.
The school is being sued by a local mom, and the political activist owner of the Minocqua Brewing Company to force all schools in Wisconsin to order their kids to mask-up. Fall Creek has asked a judge to toss the case because the case doesn’t provide any actual factual details about wearing masks, or the mom’s claim that her child caught the coronavirus because of unmasked kids in Fall Creek schools.
Fall Creek’s lawyers say coming down with the coronavirus is not a violation of anyone’s constitutional rights.
