Police in Waukesha say they have a ‘person of interest’ in custody for yesterday’s tragedy at the Christmas parade, but they don’t have any idea why it happened.
A driver sped through the parade yesterday, killing at least five and injuring at least 40. Several videos show the driver of a red SUV run through a roadblock, and run down dozens of people. One witness says the driver was aiming for people in the parade.
