A man who calls himself a sexual deviant and a voyeur in Barron County is now facing charges.
Prosecutors filed charges this week after they say someone found Joshua Benson’s phone in the bathroom at the McDonald’s in Turtle Lake. The phone was recording, and aimed at the toilet. Investigators say Benson admitted to setting-up the camera. He’s free on a signature bond and due back in court next month.
