The suspect who allegedly attacked a woman on a trail in De Pere will stand trial.
Authorities say 17-year-old Miles Cruz appeared in court today to face charges of attempted homicide and sexual assault. The attack happened October 5th on the East River Trail. The defense motion to dismiss the attempted homicide charge was denied.
