A deputy with the Outagamie Sheriff’s Office remains critically ill with COVID-19.
Deputy Channing Pompa entered the hospital in late September and shortly after was transferred out of state to receive more advanced care. He is currently sedated and on advanced life support. Deputy Pompa joined the Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office in 2020 after serving in the Air Force for over a decade.
