Deliberations continue in the stalking case of Fox Crossing municipal Judge Len Kachinsky.
He’s charged with stalking his court clerk. Deliberations began on Friday, but the jury today sent a note to the judge saying they were split. The judge sent the jurors back to deliberate again, but the case could be headed for a mistrial.
