The ring-ring-ring of the bells is back in southeast Wisconsin.
The Salvation Army is launching its Red Kettle campaign today. The kettles and their bell ringers are one of the signs of the Christmas season. Salvation Army Major Steve Woodard says bell ringers will be out each day until Christmas Eve. The donations during the Christmas season help pay for Salvation Army programs throughout the entire year.
