A Barron County man is looking at decades in prison for killing his wife’s boyfriend last year.
A jury on Wednesday convicted Andrew Brunette of Barron for shooting and killing Garrett Macone in September of last year. Macone was in a relationship with Brunette’s estranged wife. Police say Brunette shot Macone in the head while he slept. Brunette will be sentenced in January.
