There’s opposition and at least one lawsuit in Wisconsin over President Biden’s new coronavirus vaccine mandate.
The state’s largest business group, Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce, yesterday blasted the new order from OSHA that all businesses with more than 100 employees require those workers to get their coronavirus shots. WMC’s Kurt Bauer says the order is unconstitutional, but more to the point will hurt businesses that are already needing workers. The Wisconsin Institute of Law and Liberty filed a lawsuit over the order yesterday. WILL is challenging OSHA’s authority on behalf of two businesses in Darien.
