A Grand Prairie, Texas man is identified as the victim of a plane crash in Oconto County.
Authorities have not released the name of the victim because next of kin have not been notified. Police say a Defense Command fighter had been monitoring the aircraft, which had been reported unresponsive. Eventually the plane flew too low and hit the ground in the town of Maple Valley.
