A jury is finding Kerida O’Reilly not guilty on all charges related to state Senator Tim Carpenter’s beatdown at the State Capitol last summer.
Police say she led the crowd that beat and kicked Carpenter after he took a picture of the riot at the statehouse. He caught her with his phone camera before he was knocked down and stomped. The jury deliberated for about three hours before reaching their verdict.
