Triple-A says the cost of gas across the Badger State is three-dollars-and-eleven-cents today while the national average is three-30. Drivers are paying three-oh-three in Appleton, three-oh-eight in Madison, three-oh-nine in Milwaukee and three-eleven-a-gallon in Green Bay. The price at the pump in under three-dollars a gallon in Fond du Lac and Oshkosh.
