Eight men that police describe as mid-to-upper-level drug traffickers are headed to federal prison for several years. Christopher Ramirez was handed the longest sentence at ten years for methamphetamine distribution.
Javier Vargas will serve an eight-year sentence for meth distribution and Quinton Hollis was convicted of heroin distribution and sentenced to six years. The dealers were arrested in a drug bust conducted by the Manitowoc Metro drug unit.
