The University of Wisconsin-Madison chancellor is leaving the university.
Rebecca Blank is leaving at the end of the year to become the first female president of Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. Blank has been chancellor in Madison for over eight years. She said today it’s been a privilege and an honor to serve the people of Wisconsin and the university.
