There’s some agreement between Wisconsin’s two U.S. Senators about a new name for a Post Office in St. Croix County.
Senator Tammy Baldwin and Ron Johnson yesterday both said they’d like to see the Post Office in New Richmond renamed for Captain Robert C. Harmon and Private John R. Peirson. The men are half-brothers who both died in World War Two. The new name passed one half of Congress back in 2019 but stalled after that.
