A suspect returns a stolen sculpture.
Police in Madison say the Dumpty Humpty statue was taken from the Art Fair on the Square last week. Yesterday one of the two suspects returned the artwork which shows the figure of Humpty Dumpty sitting on a toilet seat. Police are still looking for the second suspect.
