It’s a happy reunion for a puppy and his family.
The puppy named Doyle was stolen earlier this week during a home burglary on Basil Drive in Madison. Police found the four-month-old chocolate lab late last night in a vehicle that had crashed on U.S. 51 in the Town of Burke. Deputies took him to a vet clinic where a microchip scan confirmed his identity. The 15-year-old driver said he bought the dog at a yard sale.
