A driver is under arrest and faces her fourth OWI charge.
Wisconsin State Police stopped Amanda Brawders yesterday morning. Investigators say the 39-year old was driving erratically on Highway 33 near Portage. She was arrested after failing a sobriety test. No injuries were reported.
