An Afghan refugee faces charges of sexual misconduct with minors.
Federal officials say 20-year old Bahrullah Noori is in the Dane County jail after getting arrested a Fort McCoy. Another refugee claims two teen relatives say Noori sexually molested them inside a restroom on base. Noori is in jail without bond. He has not yet entered a plea in the case.
