An Eau Claire man won’t be going to prison for trying to run down his ex-girlfriend and her mother back in July.
A judge sentenced 28-year-old Henri Leavesseur to four years probation. Police say he tried to hit the two women with his truck. Part of his probation requires him to stay sober and stay away from the ex and her mother. Leavesseur had been in jail since his arrest in July.
