A Kenosha County Circuit judge is giving Kyle Rittenhouse a small win.
Rittenhouse is accused of killing two men and wounding another at a protest following the shooting of Jacob Blake by a Kenosha Police officer last summer. The prosecution wanted to argue that Rittenhouse was affiliated with white nationalist groups and believed in the violent tactics of the Proud Boys. But Judge Bruce Schroeder today said he didn’t see evidence that Rittenhouse knew members of the Proud Boys, but he will keep the door open if a connection can be shown.
