Wisconsin’s jobless rate is glued in place.
The state’s Department of Workforce Development yesterday reported the unemployment rate for August remained at three-point-nine-percent. That’s exactly where it’s been for months. DWD says the state lost over eight-thousand jobs last month. The national unemployment rate is five-point-two-percent.
