Rewired & Real a platform for organizations and people to raise money in a new way, is having its first event to kick off a huge ripple effect of kindness that they expect will reach around the globe.
Rewired & Real is a platform fueled by acts of kindness in exchanges for donations. They are a 501(C)3 nonprofit organization on a mission to unlock kindness in order to create positive impact across the globe, one community at a
time. Created by Kjersten Berard, a local mom of 5 boys who saw a need to reinvent the way we raise money for
schools, projects, and organizations.
“The best part is everyone can participate. There is no barrier for kids who don’t have a huge network and I love that.
Kindness is free and easy. Through good old-fashioned good deeds these kids and families can truly make a massive impact,” Rewired and Real President Kjersten Berard said.
The big first event is held at Acres for Joy on October 9th just south of Eau Claire, the public is invited to come together and perform acts of kindness to raise funds for the nonprofit. These funds will be used to provide more scholarships to youth, new youth skill programs, hiring skilled staff and care for the animals at Acres for Joy.
