Officials with the Oneida Casino say backorders on equipment will delay the beginning of sports betting at the facility.
The federal government recently issued its approval of the agreement between the Oneida nation and the state of Wisconsin to allow wagering on sports events. No date has been set but the tribal nation is looking towards November.
Officials had hoped to have wagering in place in time for the NFL season opener tomorrow night.
