Catholic Charities in Eau Claire has the green light to expand at the Sojourner House.
The city’s Plan Commission last night approved the expansion which will add 53 beds. The Plan Commission said it is moving ahead with the expansion despite the questions and opposition to the plan. Work is slated to start in November, and wrap-up sometime next year.
