One of southeast Wisconsin’s Republican congressmen is on-board with a plan that would require all schools in the country to show parents just what is being taught.
Congressman Scott Fitzgerald on Friday signed-on to the Curriculum Review of Teachings Transparency Act. The acronym is the CRT Transparency Act, and the idea is to make sure parents know if their kids’ school is teaching critical race theory. Fitzgerald says the plan would give parents a look at not just the lesson plan, but the textbooks or other articles their kids are being told to read.
