A lost fanny pack with money and other personal items is returned to its rightful owner.
WKOW reported yesterday that Madison Police officials say a woman found the fanny pack near Winnebago Street and Bashford Avenue and handed it off to Madison Police. Investigators say there was ten-thousand dollars in cash and a cell phone in the fanny pack. A bank receipt for the money helped investigators track down the rightful owner.
