The Pablo Center at the Confluence in Eau Claire is requiring proof of a COVID-19 vaccination or negative COVID test this year.
The executive director at the center says the rule will be in place from September 11th to November first. People inside the building will also be required to wear masks indoors, vaccinated or not.
