On August 26, 2021 at approximately 7:40PM the Buffalo County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call of a single vehicle crash that occurred on County Road E near Blank Hill Road in the Town of Belvidere.
It was reported there were three occupants in the vehicle who were injured in the crash. Crash investigation revealed the 2008 Chevrolet Uplander van failed to negotiate a curve, causing the vehicle to leave the roadway striking a driveway embankment causing disabling damage to the vehicle. The front seat passenger of the vehicle was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries via Scenic Valley Ambulance. The driver and other passenger were evaluated on scene by EMS and declined transport.
The driver of the vehicle, Angel Rosales Ginez of Osseo, WI, was arrested for OWI Causing Injury, Operating After Revocation, and an Eau Claire County Warrant. .
