A Dane County man is facing a second, first-degree murder charge.
Chandler Halderson is accused of killing his father in mid-July after his remains were found in the town of Cottage Grove. At that time his mother remained missing but her body was recovered in the Town of Roxbury later in the month. The additional charge for allegedly killing his mother was added against Halderson today in Dane County Court.
