The Green Waste Facility in Eau Claire is extending hours for the rest of the week to accommodate storm cleanup.
The facility on Jeffers Road is open today and tomorrow from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. On Saturday, Green Waste will open at 8 a.m. and close at 3. Thousands were left without power due to severe storms that took out trees and power lines across the greater Eau Claire area Tuesday morning.
