Eau Claire’s marathon is going to go down the pedestrian trail along the river, as opposed to across it.
The city council on Tuesday unanimously approved a new route for this year’s marathon. The old route had to be scrapped because of work on the High Bridge. The marathon is scheduled for September 25th and 26th this year. CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFO ON THE EVENT.
