More apartments are coming to Eau Claire.
The city council last night okayed the plan to renovate the Campus View Inn & Suites and turn it into apartments. The old motel is across from HSHS Sacred Heart Hospital on Eau Claire’s south side. Developers are promising 87 apartments by next fall.
