The Wisconsin Supreme Court may not be able to escape the question of whether ballot droboxes and ballot harvesting are allowed in the state.
The Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty yesterday filed a lawsuit that once again says Wisconsin election law doesn’t allow either. The lawsuit comes after the state supreme court side-stepped the heart of the question in a ruling last week. The state’s liberal justices struck down a businessman’s lawsuit based on a technical argument. WILL’s lawsuit says election law is clear that only voters can return ballots, and only through the mail or by handing them to an election’s worker.
