A man is facing charges for the death of a Trempealeau woman almost a year ago.
The county sheriff’s office says 40-year-old Micah Harris is facing a recommended homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle. Harris is accused of hitting and killing 57-year-old Monica Knepper in July 2020.
