The first new paper mill to be built in Wisconsin in three decades is now open.
Green Bay Packaging cut the ribbon today on its new 500-million-dollar facility. It replaces the original mill, which was built in 1947. Officials say the new paper mill has many environmental improvements including switching from coal to natural gas for operation.
