The Chippewa Valley Keep the Wreath Green Campaign is underway. The goal of the campaign is to bring awareness to holiday fires. A wreath with green lights is hanging outside the Dewey Street fire station and will be up between Thanksgiving and Christmas. If the Eau Claire, Altoona, or Township Fire Departments respond to a structure fire, one of the lights on the wreath gets switched to red.
