Flags across Wisconsin will be lowered to half-staff next Friday to honor the life of a decorated Major General.
James Delaney passed away in the fall and his funeral is scheduled for Friday, June 4th in the Village of Kendall. Governor Evers today ordered all U.S. and Wisconsin flags to be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset on June 4th.
