The average price for regular gas is up a penny-a-gallon statewide compared top a week ago.
Triple-A says the price at the pump in Wisconsin is 2.76-cents a gallon today. That’s 13 cents below the national average of 2.89. Only Minnesota, at two-74-a-gallon, has lower gas prices among neighboring states.
