Ferguson’s Orchards is planting the largest apple tree plot in Wisconsin or Minnesota state history.
Ferguson’s posted to Facebook saying they’re planting 54-thousand honey crisp and first kiss apples. They say if all the trees were planted in a single row, it would be 31-miles long. The apples will be ready in the fall when the orchard opens for the season.
