This is the last day for lawyers in the Derek Chauvin murder trial to make their final pitch.
Closing arguments begin this morning and then jurors will get the case. The defense is arguing the former Minneapolis cop did not kill George Floyd by kneeling on his neck for nine minutes. They blame a drug overdose and heart condition. Prosecutors are relying on their expert testimony that said Chauvin used excessive force last year.
