The man at the center of Chippewa Falls’ largest drug bust ever is looking at more time in prison.
A judge on Friday sentenced Shane Johnson to 10 years in prison for selling the fentanyl and heroin that caused the 2017 overdose deaths of two local men. Johnson pleaded no contest to the charges back in September. Johnson is already serving 20 years for drug trafficking. He was arrested in what police call Chippewa Falls’ largest drug bust ever.
