The DHS says 25-percent of all Wisconsin residents have completed their vaccine series.
That means those residents are fully vaccinated with either both doses of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine or a single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. The number of fully vaccinated people jumps to 70-percent for the 65 and older population.
