An Eau Claire flower shop will be helping decorate the Governor’s Mansion for Christmas.
Sandy O’Connell is the owner of Avalon Floral on Water Street and was chosen to decorate a room in the mansion for the holidays. O’Connell and the rest of her team will spend tomorrow decorating the dining room and nearby powder room with a theme of champagne.
