The fall out continues from a now-viral photo of a group of Baraboo high school boys giving what appears to be a Nazi salute.
More than five thousand people have signed an online petition requesting the Baraboo School District suspend the students involved. A university administrator says the photo could impact the boys’ ability to get into college. The District Administrator says she is investigating the photo and will take appropriate action.
A Baraboo student who appeared in a controversial prom photo says the photographer told the boys to give a high sign AND the boys didn’t understand what the photographer meant-they say nothing disrespectful was meant by the photograph and that those involved are asking for forgiveness.
