The Wisconsin State Patrol says it’s against state law to drive without a seat.
One driver was found to be without theirs and using a folding chair during a traffic stop in North Central Wisconsin. State Patrol posted a photo of the folding chair to Facebook citing a state statute that requires drivers to have a seat in proper working condition.
